You may remember last month’s cactus update with lots of teeny, tiny cacti babies. Look at how much Frank has grown in a month! He’s definitely miles ahead of the rest of them, which are crawling along at the rate that cacti are actually supposed to grow (not that that makes it any less disappointing to see them seemingly in stasis). We don’t expect much growth over winter, but Frank’s disregard for the rules of seasons might mean exciting (well, I find it exciting, so there!) developments next month.

I’m also trying my hand at cati rearing, mine are called Dirk & Pauline & were a present from my friends Zoe’s cati (Mavis), they are getting really big, I’m a bit scared they will soon be at very very spiky level & then what will we do?!
