Halloween, already?

Okay, so not quite yet – but I am already relishing planning Halloween activities and decorations for this Halloween (and this reminds me – I must fix my camera so I can take and post more pictures! Tsk!). See, this year not only will I be planning on going to the customary Halloween Parade in WeHo (that’s West Hollywood, you see), but there will be lots of Halloween activities at work, including a trip to the spooky Knotts Scary Farm and a costume competition. Right now I’m fixated on making a good costume. Past Halloween outfits have included a witch, Sylvia Plath, Lily Allen, that girl from the Craft – the one who goes all mental and evil… there must have been other personas but I don’t remember them. After all, in the UK Halloween isn’t the all-singing all-dancing US extravaganza (I understand, they’re just compensating because they don’t have Bonfire night). So what should I dress up as this year? And what is your best/worst Halloween costume?

I think Swithun had the lipstick bite as Ted Hughes as well, right?

I’m happy someone was willing to finally shed light on this. I have reflected on it from time to time. :)
