London inspires. I love living here - the buzz, the buildings, the buses, the mix of history and modernity, the diverse people going about their business, and the fact that there is always something new to discover.
And it seems I am not the only one inspired here. I’ve spotted lots of designers drawing from this great city. Here are four that I love.
Above:
::Top: embroidered cushions with the London Eye and Tower Bridge by Snowden Flood (also some great London crockery, tea towels and aprons on her site)
::Bottom: Routemaster bus coasters and tablemats by Ella Doran. Oh how I miss the jolly red routemaster bus that used to take me to work everyday, since replaced by a far less romantic modern bendy bus. Sigh.

::Bottom: Hornsey Road Baths vase, West London streetmap vase handmade by ceramicist Annabel Faraday

Ooh, I love the Hornsey Road Baths vase.
I feel like I’m not really making the most of London yet. I’ve only been here five months, so I should be adventuring as much as possible. I think I’ll add that to my resolutions…
